Where does Manto ship to?

Manto ships all over the world.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take for the order to be delivered?

Delivery takes place within 48 hours throughout Italy (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded).

Shipping costs depend on the country we ship to, however we do offer free shipping on orders over 69.00 Euros in selected countries. We use different couriers depending on the country.

You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

There are no flammable products in our range.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders can take from 1 to 10 days for delivery depending on the country. Email us if you need more details on shipping times.

We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

What if I want a refund?

We will be happy to refund your order if you wish to return the goods for any reason. Please send the products to:

and we will process the refund once we confirm that the products have not been used or damaged. We do not cover return shipping costs.

What happens if my products arrive damaged or do not arrive at all?

Manto is not responsible for products that have been damaged or lost in transit. Issues relating to damage or loss in transit should be addressed with the appropriate delivery service. If insurance is required, please email us before placing your order.

If you have a delivery problem with your order, please contact us at help@manto.pet and we will do our best to assist you.

What if I entered the wrong address with my order?

Please make sure the address is correct when ordering. If you think the address may be incorrect, please email us immediately and we will do our best to help you. However, once your order has left the warehouse we cannot re-route. If orders are undeliverable and are returned to us for any reason, we will issue a refund less shipping and handling costs.

What if I want to replace a different product?

We will be happy to exchange your order for something else. Please send the products to:

and let us know via email what you would like instead. The products must be unused and returned intact. We do not cover additional shipping costs.
