returns and refunds
Once we receive your return and verify that the products are in proper condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment method.
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service. To be eligible for a return, items must be intact and unopened. We will provide you with all the necessary instructions for returning the item to our warehouse.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will replace the damaged product at no additional cost and cover the return and reshipment shipping costs.
